Donation & Refund Policy

Donations designated for a specific project go exclusively to that project. If a project is fully funded, surplus is directed to similar projects.

General donations are directed to the most urgent cases as assessed by specialized committees.

If a donation error occurs, please contact us within 14 days and we will process the refund request according to applicable regulations.
